Full Sales Pipeline

Clear, structured sales pipeline. His idea was that selling isn’t about pushing but guiding someone through natural steps until they make their own decision.

Full Sales Pipeline (Expanded)

  1. Market Selection (before anything else)

    • Decide who you’re targeting (your niche or ideal customer profile).

    • Example: Health-conscious people, busy professionals, moms who want more energy, men over 40 looking to lose weight, etc.

  2. Lead Generation / Prospecting

    • Create a pool of potential contacts (online content, referrals, networking, ads, cold outreach, etc.).

    • This is where you build your list of leads/prospects.

  3. Contact / Initial Approach

    • Reach out to a lead and start a conversation.

    • The goal is just to connect, not to pitch.

  4. Qualification (sometimes skipped in Tim’s simple pipeline)

    • Determine if the person is actually a fit (needs, interest, ability to purchase/join).

    • Saves time by not presenting to unqualified people.

  5. Invite / Set Appointment

    • Transition to a business conversation.

    • Invite them to see a presentation, video, event, etc.

  6. Presentation

    • Deliver your message (products or opportunity).

    • Focus on benefits and solving their problem.

  7. Validation / Social Proof

    • Use 3rd-party credibility: stories, testimonials, tools, mentors.

  8. Follow-Up

    • Handle questions, objections, and give them space if needed.

    • Most decisions happen after multiple touches.

  9. Close / Decision

    • Guide them to buy, join, or commit to the next step.

  10. Onboarding / Support

  • If a customer: support their product use.

  • If a team member: train and duplicate the system.

  1. Retention & Growth

  • Stay in touch, build long-term relationships, upsell, cross-sell, or help them grow.

πŸ‘‰ So the before-contact stages are:
Market Selection → Prospecting/Lead Generation → List Building → Contact

πŸ‘‰ The after-close stages are:
Onboarding → Retention → Duplication/Expansion

Define steps for the pipeline

    "2. Prospecting / Lead Generation\n(Build your list)",
    "3. Contact / Approach",
    "4. Qualification\n(Fit & Interest)",
    "5. Invite / Set Appointment",
    "6. Presentation",
    "7. Validation / Social Proof",
    "8. Follow-Up",
    "9. Close / Decision",
    "10. Onboarding / Support",
    "11. Retention & Duplication\n(Long-term growth)"
